A blend of 44% Tinta Roriz, 38% Tinta Cão and 18% Souzão from the Knightsen area of Contra Costa County. All three grapes contribute fruit, body and texture in a smooth medium-weight package with great fruit, super drinkable texture, and just enough character to pair beautifully with roasted foods and tons of dishes, or just by itself.

These grapes are grown and nurtured by the Thal family on our own hillside. Over half the planting is Cabernet Sauvignon, with the rest divided between Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.
