One place, one set of hours

These are the only hours on this site

The hours in the panel belong to Local Vines and are the ones that matter. If you are driving out specially, telephone first.

Local Vines is a cooperative of Lamorinda growers and producers, and we are one of them. It is not our tasting room; it is the room we all share. Walk in during opening hours, or call ahead and they will save you a seat.

[CONFIRM: how many producers pour at Local Vines, so this page can say the number instead of avoiding it. The vineyards page currently lists twelve entries including Stag Hill and the cidery, Pietro]

Reservations, orders and any question about a particular wine all go to the same place. Call to reserve a tasting. If a wine you want is sold out, call and ask when the next release is bottled.

About the vineyard

Please do not drive up to the hillside

The vines are in a residential garden on a narrow lane with no turning space and no parking. We do not run tours, tastings or pickups there, and we would rather say so plainly than have you make the trip.

For groups, allocations or anything unusual, telephone.

[CONFIRM: this statement about the vineyard being a private residence with no tours, tastings, pickups or parking, before launch, Larry]
